Meet Julisa!
Hi, I’m Julisa Stuart, the founder of ClimbVirtual. While I haven’t personally managed a family farm, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with one in food safety, quality assurance, and packing and processing. I’ve seen the unique challenges you face—from ensuring compliance and training diverse teams to meeting the demands of daily operations.
I know it’s not easy. Scaling your farm while preserving the traditions and values that make it unique can feel overwhelming. That’s why I started ClimbVirtual—to provide tailored solutions that ease that burden. My goal is to help you streamline processes, empower your team, and build a foundation for sustainable growth, all while staying true to what matters most to your family.
